Special A
Special A
Beware: You’ll see a review that’s too biased for anyone too read. So please watch your step in this department.
So honestly, I suck at writing reviews. Well, what you’re going to read right now sucks even more. I dunno..i suck at writing reviews about things that I really love. I wrote a review on Naruto once..and i’ll tell you, you don’t wanna read it. I just don’t feel like writing for animes that are truly exceptional. Reviews just don’t work for them. So once you read this, don’t complain.
Story: Fantastic. Perfect. It broke and moved my heart at the same time. It gave me so many laughs and brought so much pain and joy. This is the kind of anime I’m looking for.
Sound: Perfect again. The songs all worked well for me. I like the ending song. The seiiyus did their job perfectly.
Animation: So far, I don’t have any complains on its animation. It’s perfect for me. I didn’t get tired watching this.
Characters: You guessed it. Perfect again. I absolutely loved all the characters. I fell in love with this series.
Overall: Perfect. Words can’t describe how I felt during the times I fell off of my seat laughing really hard. The story throughout worked for me. The transition is very good as well as the pacing. The story per se really brought so much to me. I really don’t know how to express my feelings about this.. it’s too perfect.

Angel Beats Review (not updated)
Angel Beats Review
Synopsis: Otonashi Yuzuru wakes up one night in the middle of an unfamiliar school with no memories other than his name. He is met by a girl holding a large sniper rifle, Nakamura Yuri, who tells him that he’s dead, this is the afterlife and that she leads a guerilla group fighting against fate, God and the controller of this world, the student council president who they call “Tenshi”. Yuri wants Otonashi to join her group (and to help think up a new name for it, as the team originally calling themselves the “Afterlife Battlefront” shortened to the SSS, can’t seem to settle on a decent title), but Otonashi isn’t so convinced and wants to hear Tenshi’s side of the story. Tenshi, however, reciprocates by stabbing Otonashi in the heart…
From: Nihon Review
Story: 7/10
I guess most if not all of the people who have watched this will agree that this was way DAMN SHORT. I’ll explain my point in a little bit. Over thirteen episodes, they had maybe a thousand brilliant ideas all stuffed on those 13 episodes. And they had three main characters and seventeen side characters all crammed on those thirteen episodes. The whole plot was very fast-forwarded, the pacing was very rushed, therefore making the whole story even more confusing and dissatisfying.
Thus I am left with a choice to either hate Maeda or to like an anime that was partly satisfying and partly disappointing. But nevertheless, I can never say that I hate Angel Beats, nor any of the characters that were represented. My point here is, it was great when it could’ve been a timeless piece.
Animation: 9/10
I have no bad feeling about Angel Beat’s animation. The animation was pretty decent throughout the series except that the guys somewhat looked the same. Anyways, the concert scenes were really awesome. The setting here is just the typical Japanese High School. Nothing really bad though.
Sound: 9/10
I guess this was one of the reasons why Angel Beats was a hit. Though I’m not really a big fan of J-pop I can say that I kinda liked some songs. The theme songs are good. The GirlDeMo’s songs were pretty decent. Certainly one of Angel Beat’s crowning glory. But as always, very far from perfection.
Characters: 8/10
This could have saved the whole show if only they were given at least one episode to tell a little bit about their wonderful story. I mean, we can’t deny that the cast is picked amazingly, from awesome TK to lovable Tenshi. And maybe they could’ve explained a little more about what really is a purgatory. As to why only teens were able to enter that specific place. Why Otonashi was there in the first place when he already died fulfilled. Furthermore, Naoi’s childhood had little connection to what he became when he entered that purgatory. His pottery background living his brother’s life to living in the purgatory as a God had no connection, if he knew his whole existence was a lie, maybe he should’ve lived again as himself instead. Of course, every one of us would like to know more about each of the characters. They are so many questions left unanswered. And so, this leaves us more disappointed and confused.
But there are also very good concepts that they used in the show. One of it is the humor. Who hasn’t laughed while watching Angel Beats is a complete retard. This leaves me laughing out loud looking like a nutcase on my computer. Who won’t laugh about TK’s English-speaking antics to Takeyama’s insistence to make you call him “Christ”. Thus giving this series more re-watch value.
Overall: 8/10
I guess what saved Angel Beats is its humor, sound, and its very own mystery. Though I somehow felt disappointed and dissatisfied, I somehow enjoyed and finally finished this series. If it’s not clear to you, I’ll say my point once again: This was way damn short. They could’ve given a little more time to air this, and I’m pretty sure I’ll still follow it through the end. They could’ve given the characters a chance to portray themselves a little more. And to take some risks in order to give the viewers the “ugh” feeling that I’m sure will be worth in the long run.

Fullmetal Alchemist Review
Story : 10/10
The story is amazing. Brilliant work! Its unlike you've seen before. Its unique and sophisticated in its own ways. The story-line goes beyond perfection.. It's something that everyone should watch. You can experience everything here: drama, comedy, action..name it, FMA has it..
But what distracts me is if it were good enough for kids.... We all know that alchemy isn't really something that we usually do or talk about. But something intrigued me..the Elric Brother's brotherly love is something that all of us should take inspiration from. But on the contrary, it is somehow harmful to children because of the way it isn't pure. The way it haunts me every night, trying to think why a certain scene happened. That's what I hate on FMA.
But it is for all the people who just loves anything. I recommend this to all of the people. It's something that you'll never forget for a very long period of time. :]]
Animation: 7/10
I gave it 7 because the way it wasn't drawn anime-like. I know we are all bored of the same way anime are drawn but, if I come to think of it I'd still prefer the anime-like animation. But, there are also good things on this aspect of FMA's animation. The color is very vibrant and cool to the eyes. It will not make you tire of watching it. The BG are awesome too. The animation on joke scenes are very funny and enjoyable to watch.
The characters don't look all the same...and that's what makes me wanna watch it more...The characters are all drawn differently..*that's what I'm talking about*. Great job on this one!! :]]
Sound: 10/10
This is the anime that has the greatest sound evah! I don't know but all the sounds seemed to have worked. It always stirrs me up. It always wanna make me wait a few more minutes for the songs. I don't know who picked the music on this one, but I know he has some pretty good taste! Great Job! :]]
Characters: 10/10
Of course, nothing can beat the characters on FMA..they're my all-time favorite. The way they planned it out seems almost real. It always affects the viewers. Its just so darn amazing... Its perfect! Perfectly laid out! Noting you've seen before. Absolutely fantastic! This is what makes FMA epic!! :]]
Overall: 9/10
We all know this isn't the last anime. And to tell you the truth, it really isn't that modern. But I have come to understand a lot of things because of this anime. For all the Otakus out there, I know you agree with me that this is the kind of anime that you'll surely hold on forever. *I'm speechless* Perfect! :]]

Currently watching Angel Beats
Currently Watching Angel Beats by Ep. 4
I have heard some pretty good stories about this one, then I finally decided to watch it. Though I couldn't believe that I'm like the only one who haven't watched it yet. You know^^, I don't get many updates now because MAL is MALfunctioning.... But I still watched it....late watching is cool for some reason :]]...Anyways, back to the topic..
Angel Beats is a very short one isn't it? It's only 13 ep... But that will give me some time to watch some more anime *wink*. But what I like about the series is of course, the characters... Though sometimes the characters all look the same..but they have their own uniqueness.. Okay, now let's see the music. Ok, I'll give it 8/10, Im not really a big fan of J-pop..but the concert scenes are very good, the music they used on the jokes are good too. So now we move on to the graphics...uhmm i'll say that it's pretty well drawn, though i can say that its far from perfection *but i like how Yuri is drawn btw*....what i hate is that the boys look like one another and that's very intriguing... But I'll still give it a 7/10. And now for the characters...this is what intrigues me the most because even though I still haven't watched it.. i already got hooked up by the characters, especially Angel...she doesn't show herself much on the first 4 eps... Well, all I can say is that their personalities always tickles my Otaku side, though I really haven't watched alot of anime..But for this I'll gave it 9/10. Now for the Overall... I think this series isn't the kind of anime that'll be with us for a verly long time....though it teaches us some very great lessons. I know they could have made this to a really epic one if not for the short period of time it was aired.. You know we still didn't get that much of the satisfaction because it was very short and we still want to know all about the characters.. But then again, this is a great stepping stone for those who just loooves anime, and for that I'll give it an 8/10 overall score.
Hope you guys enjoyed reading this... (note: this is not my overall review for this one)

Code Geass Review
Code Geass R2 Review
Option:
Certainly one of my all-time favorites. The characters were simply amazing. But then the characters, i think is a little bit taller *not that I'm a great artist or something* The way the face is drawn is very dramatic and emotional. The guy who came up with the idea of the geass is epic. But it somehow reminds me of sharingan. Anyway, Lelouch is my favorite *not to mention that I'm his waifu^^*. He's very clever and sophisticated, not to mention sometimes scary. But the way he moves and speak is beyond cool. But on the other hand,I hate how the ending came up. I mean, why did Lelouch die? Why did he have to do that? But I think I wouldn't want it any other way.
But this series is for all the people who loves very psychological anime and also for someone who wants mystery and trivial things. I know everyone will love to watch this series.

Death Note Review
Death Note Review
Option:
One of the most influential anime that I had ever seen. The characters were amazingly drawn according to their own unique personalities. The man who realized this anime is incredibly fantastic, the way he thought of creating an Epic Death Note to how he idealized what Light and L would be. The series was explicitly attracting; The way it attracts people simply because of its title.
I think the characters is what makes this series really interesting. From my own point of view, Light Yagami is the coolest guy, not just because he had a Death Note but because he knew how to handle it. How he killed all those criminals without being caught. He knew what went on L's mind and that's very cool. Although L is much cooler than Light for some reason. L is an intelligent detective who suspects Light is Kira. But he's very awesome too because even if he never had a Death Note he was able to really know all about the Daeth Note and Kira. And one more thing, I love how L moves, the way he holds things and his eyebags are wicked cool!
